We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or weather conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

No Returns or Refunds:

We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for any products purchased.
We are resellers, not product manufacturers.
You can research the products online and read reviews before purchasing.
You can check the products in front of the delivery man.

আমরা পেমেন্ট না পাওয়া গেলে বা লেনদেনটি সন্দেহজনক বলে মনে হলে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি

আমরা বাংলাদেশ জুড়ে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি। ডেলিভারির সময় অবস্থান এবং পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
কুরিয়ার সমস্যা বা আবহাওয়ার মতো বাহ্যিক কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি (কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড নেই):

আমরা কোনো পণ্যের জন্য রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণ বা প্রদান করি না।
আমরা পণ্য উৎপাদনকারী নই, বরং পুনঃবিক্রেতা।
আপনি পণ্যগুলি অনলাইনে গবেষণা করতে পারেন এবং কেনার আগে পর্যালোচনা পড়তে পারেন।
আপনি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যগুলি পরীক্ষা করতে পারেন।
আপনি আপনার সিদ্ধান্তে কেনাকাটা করছেন এবং দেশি শপিং কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী বা দায়বদ্ধ নয়।

দেশি শপিং আমাদের পণ্যের ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট

ব্যবহারকারীদের তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব রয়েছে।
আমরা আমাদের নীতি লঙ্ঘন বা অপব্যবহারের জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

বৈধ সম্পত্তি
